Incredible Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing time, especially enjoying the complimentary minibar and lovely spacious room that made our stay feel luxurious. The rooftop bar had a vibrant atmosphere and stunning views, but service could be a bit slow during peak times. it was a great experience!

Try the rooftop bar for 360-degree views and great cocktails. It's a perfect spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

So check this out, we got upgraded to a bigger room with a sofa and free local drinks in the fridge. I mean, it felt kinda special, just us two enjoying the moment.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but for what we got, it was kinda reasonable.

I had an amazing time exploring nearby attractions like the Royal Albert Dock, just a short stroll away, and enjoying incredible skyline views from my room. the staff even upgraded my room for free, which was such a pleasant surprise!

The experience falls short in some areas. Noise can be an issue, as rattling doors and rowdy guests can disrupt your peace. The restaurant's dining hours are limited. returning from an event only to find everything closed at 11 PM is frustrating, especially after paying extra for a nice hotel ambiance. Room access was a hassle too, with cards not unblocking for common spaces, forcing us to venture out into the rain for a late-night bite. the service inconsistencies and lack of communication left a damp shadow on the stay.

Upon arrival, there was a surprising £50 deposit that wasn't communicated in advance, which felt a bit off. I had issues with the auto lighting in the bathroom waking me up due to its sensitivity. The kettle setup was lacking, just two coffee sachets without a machine. The sound isolation could use work, particularly with rattling adjoining doors and hallway noise that made it hard to sleep. After an evening outing, the unhelpful reception regarding accessing the restaurant and sky bar left me in the rain searching for a late-night drink, which is a hassle I didn't expect. All these details together made my stay feel more like a series of inconveniences.

wow! we had an amazin weekend at innside by melia liverpool. the room was super spacious with a sweet bathroom, and the free mini bar was a nice touch. everything felt clean n comfy, the staff were so nice, one even gave us free prosecco for our check-in hassle! the gym was a bit small but had cool spin classes. dont forget to try ginos restaurant on site, it was delish!

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was lovely and comfy. The mini fridge stocked with complimentary soft drinks was a nice touch, made me feel like they knew how to treat guests right. And breakfast, it was top-notch, they catered to every taste – so good we went both mornings.

It wasn't exactly pocket change, but you get what you pay for.

Delightful room, delightful breakfast, with the staff surprising me with balloons and swan towel art, creating a lovely atmosphere, and the sky bar offered a magnificent view for relaxation after exploring the nearby attractions, just 14 km from the nearest airport.

Oh mate, the handmade pasta at Gino's left me buzzing! The vibe was spot on and the Sky Bar had cracking cocktails. The friendly staff made it a proper mint experience, too!

If I have any cheeky complaints, it’s the need to pay at the restaurant each time instead of adding to the room. plus, breakfast could’ve used a bit more fresh fruit to make it pop.
